About the Gym

We are excited to be bringing high quality Brazilian Jiu jitsu, Gi and Nogi training to Middlebury, Vermont.

We have kids classes as well as adults classes.

Adult’s evening classes run at 5:30pm and 6:30pm.

Adult’s morning classes will be at 6:30am starting in OCTOBER.

Our kids classes will start September 15, Mondays and Wednesdays @ 3:30pm.
